Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic selfdriven and detailoriented Brand Manager to play a crucial role in enhancing our brands impact in the apparel industry. As a Brand Manager you will leverage your knowledge creativity and strategic mindset to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual capable of leading complex project management defining new program requirements managing endtoend sales processes and maintaining customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
Understand and influence customers business model and objectives to ensure their success.
Oversee and manage the product development process from customer briefing to final approval deployment and order acceptance.
Oversee the endtoend sales process including inventory reports customer sales reports and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud Oracle Commerce Cloud Eloqua pricing and product specification tooling).
Develop and present global price proposals and escalate price approval in competitive bidding processes.
Resolve complex order quality or deployment issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by answering questions and providing detailed information about our services.
Strong experience and proficiency in prospecting social selling and customer outreach.
Participate in store audits lead customer meetings and maintain account planners.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and product innovations.
Collaborate across different teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.
Mentor and guide Associate Brand Managers acting as a point of escalation and source of guidance.
