You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Utah State University Athletic Department is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Assistant Womens Softball Coach to join our team and contribute to the success of our studentathletes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game of softball a commitment to helping our studentathletes reach their full potential and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. To be successful in this role the Assistant Womens Softball Coach should have strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations a comprehensive understanding of the game and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Assistant Womens Softball Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program and performing other duties as needed. Responsibilities also include adherence to and promotion of NCAA rules and compliance to staff studentathletes and representatives of athletics interest; successful completion of NCAA recruiting exam team building and community and public relations.
The assistant coach will demonstrate an understanding and commitment to athletics programs at NCAA Division I level have a commitment to the academic mission of Utah State University a commitment to the academic success of the studentathletes serve as a positive role model for studentathletes on and off the field and work well with students faculty staff and community.
