ESCO Construction Company is an established wellrespected construction firm who is growing significantly and we have an excellent opportunity for an experiencedGradingForemanto join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Heavy Civil must be organized motivated detailoriented and driven.

We perform all types of civil construction such as earthwork utilities concrete flatwork and concrete structures for both private and public clients.
ESCO enjoys tackling diverse and challenging projects throughout Colorado and the surrounding states.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision.
- Manage field crew in day to day production of heavy civil construction projects (earthwork concrete utilities etc.)
- Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
- Order tools and equipment
- Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work safely and productively.
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and implement plans with other team members.
- Ability to understand budgets and productions.
- 5 years experience in heavy civil.
- Excellent work ethic and teamoriented attitude some Saturday work will be required.

- Position starting wage: $4750/hr depending on experience. Paid weekly.
