About the role:

We are seeking a highperforming selfsufficient Analyst to join our Treasury team. This position reports to the Manager of Treasury and will support strategic cash management and reporting. A high level of ownership will be required as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes. You will partner closely with internal teams like Accounting Accounts Payable Supply Chain and manage external banking relationships to facilitate the companys rapid growth. Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills be able to handle multiple priorities possess deep attention to detail an unrelenting drive to get to the answer and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes in a fastgrowing organization. Candidates will also be required to have mastery of Excel and data manipulation skills. This position will be based in either Manhattan NY or Livingston NJ Sunnyvale CA or Bellevue WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing timely payments and ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
  • Verifying transaction information scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
  • Support Audit Accounting Tax and Treasury team ensuring overall coordination of all financial accounting activities
  • Assist with managing cash flow forecasting and optimizing liquidity
  • Support the implementation maintenance and utilization of the treasury management system
  • Manage reporting reconciliation and month end close in global currency hedging program
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas including global cash management cash flow forecasting risk management and payment operations
  • Interface with global finance and business teams and external partners in support of Treasury activities
  • Prepare adhoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issues

Requirements:

  • This role is for doers with an extreme level of ownership; those able to get into the details and get the job done while seeing the forest for the trees.
  • 4 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have managed crossfunctional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Large multinational treasury Big4 accounting or similar experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting treasury management platforms with a strong preference for candidates with experience in treasury management systems
  • Currency hedging experience in treasury management role.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.
  • Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Collaborativelyfocused and able to work well with others in a fastpaced and ever changing business.
  • Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key nonGAAP metrics.
  • Outstanding software and system skills including master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must. Experience in Netsuite SAP or other ERP is a plus as well as TMS systems and Bloomberg.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1B visa sponsorship available.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $82142 $105000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
