The HR Generalist will report to the Senior HR Manager and leadvarious initiatives within the HR Department. The HR Generalist will beresponsible for maintaining confidentiality and the integrity of our HumanResources Department. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrationof HRIS software and onboarding policies and procedures.
- Processnew hires in multiple systems.
- Weekly file imports including: new hire data;benefits data; termination data
- ProcessNew Management Hires in multiple systems and communicate logins.
- Honey Pot Benefit Plan administration tracking andmaintenance
- Weekly file imports including: new hire data;benefits data; termination data.
- Managejob posting processes with THCs applicant tracking system external jobposting vendors specialty job posting sites and job boards.
- Useseffective team member relations strategies in compliance with applicable lawsand company policies including: FMLA; ADA; and EEOC; FLSA; NLRB; etc.
- Provides HR support process knowledge training andconsultation to restaurant management.
- Promotesand supports an environment of open communication collaboration and trustwhile embodying our core values and confidentiality.
- Assistsmanagers and team members with understanding and applying Human Resourcespolicies and procedures to improve organizational performance.
- Executes HR projects as directed by the Senior HRManager by assisting with the development deployment and maintenance of HumanResource programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for providing recommendations/suggestions to the SeniorHR Manager when improvement and/or increased efficiency/compliance isrecognized
- Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirementsrelated to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks andensuring regulatory compliance; escalating to HR Leadership as needed/required.
DESIREDSKILLS
- Bachelor or mastersdegree in human resources or any related field or equitable experience.
- Proven interestin the Human Resources field.
- PHR / SPHR orSHRM Certification
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellentcomputer aptitude including working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook etc.)
- Strongteambuilding skills that focus on mentoring and coaching
- Strongorganizational skills
