Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Santa Ana CA. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for our clients providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Respond to client inquiries resolve issues and provide timely updates
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary
Assist in preparing client reports and service documentation
Support account management and business development initiatives
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
13 years of experience in customer service client relations or administrative support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Professional demeanor and customerfocused mindset
