What We Expect:
- Expertlevel experience in automotive finance and insurance operations
- Strong confident communication skillsyou can break down complex financing options clearly and persuasively
- A sharp eye for compliance accuracy and regulatory detail
- The ability to secure and negotiate with lenders for the best possible customer terms
- Professional presence and integrity at every stage of the customer journey
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to elevate both the sales process and the overall dealership experience
- Mastery of credit review contract preparation and product presentation
Qualifications (NonNegotiable):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership finance role
- Deep knowledge of F&I regulations product offerings and sales best practices
- Certified Notary Public (Required)
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Strong working knowledge of F&I software systems and compliance tools
