This positionis central to the daily business operations of the school and requires exceptional multitaskingcommunication and independent problemsolving responsibilities include the management of school finances including the appropriated budgetgrants revolving accounts student activity account reimbursements and extra compensations. Thisposition is also responsible for purchasing payroll communication with families and staff and the schoolwebsite. Routine office duties include answering phones booking appointments providing front officecoverage for the school secretary and maintaining office equipment.
