The Business Development Manager (Central America) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization act as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
Develops and maintains the business relationship by providing solutions for defined account(s) in a product line to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.

Engages with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor running desk training tool training and driving product mind share
Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth
Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Companys CRM system
Weekly reporting to the vendor on sellout activity tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline
Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager
Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager
Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly
The point of escalation for customer care issues.
Provide direction for the development and maintenance of web tools such as InTouch Licensing Online (LOL) as well as vendor microsites and online configurators
Communicate product information pricing special offers and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams
Run call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams
Engage directly with customers depending on role requirements
Performs other additional duties as assigned.
College degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
3 years of experience in sales business development account management or vendor management preferably in the IT or technology distribution industry.
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Compass) and sales reporting tools.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage with sales teams customers and vendors.
Proven ability to manage pipelines and drive revenue growth through proactive business development strategies.
Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment with strong problemsolving skills.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to sales and vendor engagement.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Collaboration skills to work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and business development teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with IT products services and solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working with digital sales tools and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional nonstandard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all salesoriented activities.
Ability to travel occasionally for vendor meetings or events.
