Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Service Call Center Operator to join our team at Dick Hannah Dealerships. In this role you will schedule necessary service work maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Service Call Center Compensation and Benefits:

Service Call Center Competitive Salary: $19$20/per hour depending on experience.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize worklife balance offering industryleading PTO. New fulltime employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 5 paid holidays per year to the Service Call Center subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Service Call Center Responsibilities:

  • Operate multiline phone system
  • Operate computer
  • Provide customer service support
  • Follows up with customer declined repairs (CDR) to schedule needed work
  • Reviews daily appointment schedule and adjusts team assignments as necessary

Service Call CenterQualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (including listening speaking).
  • Ability to read speak and understand English.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral or schedule form.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work alone self motivate and manage ones own time.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
