Job Description
Landmark Builders is seeking a fulltime experiencedcommercial construction Senior Project Managerin the Myrtle Beach SC area with specific expertise in coastal hotel resort condominium or multifamily construction.

Job Summary
Working as an integral part of the Landmark Builders operations group this Senior Project Manager will lead project management teams in the execution of largescale commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create implement and lead project execution plans for complex fasttracked and multiphased projects adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements.
- Delegate important project tasks and processes such as plan revisions submittals RFIs pay applications and change orders and hold team members accountable.
- Train and develop team members at other levels in the organization.
- Develop and manage project budgets updating job cost/profit forecasts monthly.
- Generate maintain and execute detailed projectschedules.
- Coordinate with construction partners to buy out project scopes and prepare all purchase orders and subcontractoragreements.
- Secure and obtain required permits approvals and public utilities.
- Lead meetings with operations staff owners designers and subcontractors.
- Assist Project Superintendents in maintaining quality control and safety standards.
- Ensure timely material acquisition anddeliveries.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and manage client expectations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with field staff senior management owners architects subcontractors etc. keeping the entire team informed of project issues and changes.
- Ensure that Landmark is a fair construction partner at all times.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- Proven ability to lead project management teams and largescale projects.
- 25 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in a personnel management role.
- Significant experience managing coastal hotel resort condominium or multifamily construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customeroriented focus
