New Relic is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff (CoS) to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive leadership team. This is a highly strategic and executionoriented role for a leader who thrives in fastpaced environments and is passionate about driving hypergrowth innovation and organizational excellence.
As Chief of Staff you will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to our CEO helping to sharpen strategic vision accelerate decisionmaking and execution drive transparency and accountability and ensure the entire leadership team is aligned and operating at its highest potential. You will play a critical role in orchestrating New Relics operating rhythms translating strategic priorities into action and ensuring we stay true to our mission values and culture as we scale.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated factors such as an applicants skills qualifications and experience.
