Are you a passionate talent acquisition leader ready to shape the workforce of a highgrowth valuesdriven company Archer Meat Snacks the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager to drive fullcycle recruiting lead strategic workforce planning and build a talent strategy that supports rapid growth across our organization. In this role youll partner directly with the VP of Human Resources & People working crossfunctionally with senior leaders to identify attract and retain top talent across both corporate and manufacturing operations.
This is not an entrylevel recruiting role its a missioncritical highimpact opportunity to own strategy and execution at the center of Archers continued success.
What Youll Own & Impact:
- Build & Execute Talent Strategy: Lead proactive and reactive recruiting efforts across all departments from hourly to executive level while building strong pipelines and driving employer brand visibility.
- Drive Retention & Engagement: Analyze trends in new hire engagement performance and turnover to recommend and implement meaningful retention strategies.
- Optimize HR Systems: Leverage ADP (Workforce Now) to streamline processes across recruiting onboarding ATS and performance management.
- Champion Culture: Partner with leaders to ensure a highquality employee experience from day one across onboarding development and team engagement.
- Coach & Collaborate: Serve as a strategic advisor to people managers on hiring performance management and succession planning.
What Sets You Apart:
- 35 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition HR strategy or organizational development
- Demonstrated success owning fullcycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions
- Experience with ADP LinkedIn Recruiter and HR analytics
- Skilled in building recruitment branding and candidate experience strategies
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with crossfunctional teams
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus
