Position Information:

The Manager of Program Innovation & Continuing Education will lead a dynamic team in delivering highimpact programs including certificates degrees symposiums and online learning initiatives across lifelong learning programs. The Manager will foster a positive solutionfocused environment ensuring efficient and meaningful collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities include staff management evaluates program performance and ROI and drives datainformed decisions to ensure alignment with market demand and reviews market trends to assess opportunities for growth and innovation. The focus is on building scalable highimpact programs while championing excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Work Location: Bloomington MN with flexibility to work 12 days per week remotely; must live local and be able to come to campus as needed.

Duties:

  • Leads with professionalism and a solutionfocused approach; fosters positive team dynamics ensures effective communication and supports team development to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintains and updates internal process documentation while implementing best practices driving continuous improvement and ensuring clear consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to streamline workflows and maintain positive working relationships with all.
  • Assures all agreements contracts and work associated with these are executed and completed by all parties.
  • Analyzes program performance market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and evaluate new offerings providing strategic recommendations based on feasibility and ROI.
  • Supports the development and implementation of innovative educational offerings including certificates stackable credentials and continuing education programs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends improve processes and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Oversee resolution of complex customer issues ensuring timely and empathetic responses that champion a customerfirst culture.
  • Leads and supports logistics and execution of inperson and virtual events including planning registration attendance tracking AV/IT coordination and onsite troubleshooting.

What you need to have

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Higher Education Administration Organizational Leadership or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • 5 years experience; 35 years management experience.
  • Experience in operations management strategic planning project management and/or crossfunctional leadership.
  • Record of leading complex programs or initiatives using data analytics to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Experience with partnership coordination and customercentered service.

Compensation:

Exempt $60000 $74000 annually.

The hiring rate is determined by a combination of education related professional experience and internal equity considerations and may exceed the posted range. NWHSU is committed to fair and equitable pay practices and does not base compensation decisions on gender or any other protected status.
