Public Sector Capture Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win executable business in public sector industry through applying expertise in the business development life cycle from opportunity identification through shaping capture and proposal and contract startup and execution.
  • Manage the RFP response process coordinating with internal and external partner proposal teams as necessary ensuring timely and highquality submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal partner alliance colleagues to engage Anaplan partner ecosystem to build teams supporting large complex procurements.
  • Leverage relationships with seniorlevel stakeholders in government agencies.
  • Drive marketbased competitive intelligence market assessments client assessments and strategic planning efforts to support expanding specific clientbased opportunity portfolios and pipelines.
  • Increase win rate in public sector contracting.
  • Track and report on proposal and capture performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience leading public sector captures in the SaaS industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes procurement rules and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate multistep and interdependent activities to effectively coordinate internal and external partner proposal teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or solution selling methodologies a plus.
  • Bachelors degree.

Base Salary Range:

$139000 $188000 USD
