Job Description

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for providing onsite retail sales support in the market area assigned. Support is achieved through handson selling to customers continual training and motivation of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists assisting in planning and executing all special event programs and followup training of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales plan in territory through in store selling eventing and training Beauty Advisors
  • Recruit engage and motivate instore personnel (Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists).
  • Partner with Education department to provide new and ongoing product and sales training to instore staff incorporating retailer technology and selling techniques
  • Schedule plan and execute store negotiated trainings for Beauty Advisors in partner with NY Account Executive team
  • Execute all corporately directed events in assigned territory
  • Partner with AE team and Sales Director to strategically plan schedule supporting top doors
  • Execute visual updates in partnership with the retailer
  • Communicate stock needs through appropriate channels
  • Partner with AEs on training and development of Selling Specialist population
  • Maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands counter image at accounts (e.g. cleanliness effective use of merchandising units proper placement of product lines etc.).
  • Conduct productivity evaluations for all Selling Specialists in territory on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct all other jobrelated activities.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of prestige beauty sales experience
  • Prior experience as Business Manager Sales and/or Training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Achievement oriented
  • Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Collaborative and thrives in a team environment
  • Must be able to drive and maintain valid drivers license
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $65000$75000.
