Construction Engineer

CRB are currently looking for a Construction Engineer otherwise known as a Field Construction Engineer or Project Engineer to join our growing team. The Construction Engineer will be primarily located at a designated construction site and will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and other project team members in executing activities to include; bidding support executing the submittal and RFI review process document control verification of asbuilts supporting quality control supporting site safety executing equipment receiving process managing closeout documentation and supporting cost management activities.

Candidates must be willing to travel extensively. Current job site is located in California.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction of assigned project(s) and to ensure the work performed is in conformance with the project objectives and the requirements of the construction documents
• Bidding support and document control
• Execute the submittal and RFI review process
• Verification of asbuilts supporting quality control supporting site safety
• Execute equipment receiving process
• Manage closeout documentation
• Support cost management activities

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Science or Engineering
• Up to four years of experience

Additional Qualifications

• Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite experience
• Capable of learning new computer programs for project management and reporting
• Experience with mobile devices and VDC apps a plus

Additional Information :

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $84285 to $134856 annually. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The selected candidates actual pay will be based on various factors including but not limited to work location qualifications and relevant experience. In addition CRB offers a total rewards package that includes comprehensive insurance coverage as well as the opportunity to participate in one or more annual incentive programs based on company and individual performance.
