Job Description
L.K. Jordan and Associates is currently seeking Labor Technicians for a Texas based Environmental Company. This is currently a temporary position but has potential for longterm. The position is based out of Kingsville TX.
Pay will be $18.00 $20.00 per hour. Monday Friday / Occasional Saturday and Overtime as Needed. Average 50 plus hours per week. On occasion will be required to work out of town.
Job Duties:
Be able to operate a weed eater
Be able to pick up trash
Able to handle the outdoor heat
Operate a zero turn commercial lawn mower is a plus
Working in all weather conditions including the heat
Report any unsafe conditions/acts.
Be able to lift over 40 lbs continuously.
Be able to work in confined spaces.
Be able to work at heights.
Participate in daily health and safety meetings.
Must be able to work on and/or near water.
Perform construction task to include the following: hand digging building
forms installation of piping (PVC/HDPE) hand demolition and other
construction activities.
Requirements:
Must have Reliable transportation
Be able to wear N95 face mask while working.
Must be able to submit to a drug test and background check
STRONGLY PREFER Valid Drivers License & HAZWOPER Certification
