The Account Manager/Inside Sales will work with outside sales to grow existing customers prospect new customers and meet/exceed monthly sales is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and stable company with a collaborative and positive culture.
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2 years of Sales experience Medical Device industry preferred
- Proven successful background and documented track record of hitting quotas
- Strong presentation digital selling communication and customer service skills
- Work independently analytical organized strong business intelligence and exceptional time management skills
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred; MS Office required; some travel
- High energy positive adaptable composed tenacious and innovative

- Recommend products process orders and provide accurate info on pricing availability and delivery
- Upsell crosssell and promote specials to increase order size
- Follow up on orders resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on products and industry trends
- Maintain customer records and support a professional teamoriented environment
