Job Description

Paradigm Education Solutions is seeking a motivated and committed Account Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for generating leads identifying opportunities closing smaller deals handing off larger opportunities to the Business Development team and providing post-adoption customer support. This position is based at our home office in Dubuque Iowa. Remote work is not available for this position. Salary is commensurate with experience.

What Will You Do

As an Account Manager your daily focus will be managing customer needs researching lead sources following up on marketing generated leads and capturing contact information in Paradigms CRM. This individual will gain a deep understanding of the prospecting need for each market and discipline through market research. This position will be responsible for validating and nurturing leads to be demo ready by gaining an understanding of their unique needs and creating a foundational relationship with all potential and existing customers.

The Account Manager will work with marketing communications in recommending marketing campaigns as well as providing content ideas for social media campaigns. This individual will also identify events (in person virtual and hybrid) for evaluation.
