Technical Consultant Microsoft Endpoints

Salary:UOM 6 $98870 $107023 per annum plus 17% super

As a Technical Consultant Microsoft End User Computing you will play a vital role in delivering highquality customer service and secondlevel technical support for devices and Microsoft systems across the University. Working both independently and collaboratively youll resolve issues efficiently provide expert consultation and contribute to the continual improvement of digital services for staff researchers and students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide Technical Support and Consultation: Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft endpoints offer expert advice and support research teams and clinics with specialised technical needs
- Enhance User Experience: Deliver positive customer experiences gather feedback and contribute to improving services and knowledge bases
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various faculties vendors and support staff to ensure seamless IT operations and support
- Stay Current with Technology: Keep uptodate with the latest Microsoft technologies and contribute to the implementation of new solutions
You may be a great fit if:
You are a customerfocused IT professional with strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering highquality technical support in a dynamic university environment.
You may also:
- Have a relevant formal qualification in IT or equivalent experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and various software applications.
- Have experience with device hardware including desktops laptops and peripherals.
- Hold industry certifications such as CompTIA A Cisco CCNA or Microsoft Certified Professional.

The Microsoft End User Computing team focuses on supporting the Universitys large and diverse enduser computing environment.
