THE POSITION
Would you enjoy spending your workday outdoors The Pennsylvania Game Commission is seeking an experienced and dependable Game Lands Maintenance Worker 1 to work in our State Game Lands. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A Game Lands Maintenance Worker 1 performs semiskilled work and assists with other duties. For example in this position you will assist with maintenance repair and construction of bridges roads parking areas gates posting signs ranges and more. This position will also require you to assist with mowing habitat management and equipment maintenance. Additional duties may include pruning trees shrubs and vines for wildlife food enhancement.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Temporary fulltime employment 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday Friday with 30minute lunch.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:In some cases the starting salary may be nonnegotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of laboring experience using construction tools and equipment; or
- One year of farming experience using agricultural tools and equipment; or
- One year of construction equipment operation experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- This position requires possession of an active Pennsylvania noncommercial Class C drivers license or equivalent.
- This position is required to obtain an active Class A Commercial Drivers License within one year of employment in this job.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
