We are looking for a motivated curious Working Student: Sales Coordinator to join Snap in Stockholm for a 20 hours per week role.
During the 12 months contract at Snapchat we aim to offer students industry exposure and handson experience.
What youll do:
Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational business impact which can be shared with sellers and/ or clients
Gather and analyze information and develop and communicate recommendations
Drive crossfunctional projects with Sales Revenue Strategy Sales Operations and Product teams
Support the Swedish and Norwegian Sales team with adhoc operational tasks such as oneoff analyses client presentations creation of insights
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional analytical problemsolving and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets)
Social media knowhow mobile apps and/ or digital /mobile marketing
Ability to rapidly run ad hoc reports and organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Ability to multitask think creatively and learn quickly in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented person who has a high sense of urgency and good organizational/ project managing skills
Someone who is selfdirected and proactive
Qualifications
Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree or in your final year going on to study a masters graduating in 2025. High school or college diploma or equivalent.
