Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator with a background in material handling construction or industrial equipment sales support Do you bring sharp attention to detail proactive communication skills and the ability to think five steps ahead in a fast-paced high-accountability environment

Were recruiting for a Sales Coordinator Equipment role supporting a growing and mission-driven industrial equipment company based in Greensboro NC. This is not a basic administrative positionits a critical role within the sales department that requires deep coordination technical acumen and the ability to connect dots across sales service logistics and customer expectations.

About the Role:

As the Sales Coordinator you will serve as the central point of support for both inside and outside sales professionals across new and used equipment. Youll manage all aspects of order processingfrom initial quote to final deliverywhile ensuring documentation accuracy vendor communication customer coordination and inventory integrity. This role is essential to enabling the sales team to perform at a high level and ensuring customers receive exceptional service with every transaction.

Youll also play a key role in identifying process improvements supporting strategic reporting and generating internal leads across departments by applying your working knowledge of industrial equipment and customer business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all equipment orders including sales quotes processing vendor communication delivery coordination and customer updates

  • Manage end-to-end documentation including leasing documents warranty registration fleet information and commission reports

  • Maintain and audit inventory for equipment and accessories across multiple locations

  • Monitor and update CRM SRA and internal systems with complete and accurate data

  • Track open and closed sales transactions ensuring timely communication with sales reps service and trucking departments

  • Review and approve vendor invoices; resolve payment inquiries with vendors

  • Prepare and maintain complete sales files reports and documentation for audit readiness and transparency

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for allied sales and driver training departments as needed

  • Field overflow customer calls and assist in scheduling demos or deliveries

  • Support team efforts in fleet budgeting forecasting and KPI reporting

  • Proactively identify opportunities for lead generation within the sales process

What You Bring:

  • 3 years of experience in equipment sales support inside sales coordination or logistics within the material handling construction or industrial equipment industries

  • Strong command of sales documentation processes including leasing warranties and CRM usage

  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines without sacrificing accuracy

  • Demonstrated critical thinking problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvyable to communicate with tact clarity and professionalism

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems preferred

  • A proactive mindsetalways looking for ways to improve process efficiency and customer experience
