What youll be doing

As a Product Marketing Lead Investments youll play a key role in driving the adoption and engagement of our investment products across markets. Heres what your daytoday will look like:

• Develop product marketing plans Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive financial product launches ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

• Optimize marketing channels Systematically test new channels and strategies to maximize user acquisition and engagement for investment products.

• Drive crossfunctional collaboration Coordinate with Product CRM and Creative teams to align on gotomarket strategies product positioning and messaging for effective launch campaigns.

• Ensure continuous improvement Continually assess program effectiveness employing industry best practices and seeking opportunities for improvement in our investment product marketing efforts.

We need a problemsolver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If youre curious and ready for real ownership youll fit in! Does this sound like you

• Relevant experience You have 8 years of marketing experience including expertise in managing and mentoring teams.

• Excellent communication skills You demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and compellingly in both written and verbal forms.

• Willing to work in a fastpaced environment You have a highly driven and goaloriented approach ideally with previous experience in a fastpaced or tech company environment.

• DataDriven Expertise You have a strong background in digital marketing including paid media social media CRM and affiliate marketing strategies.

• Strategic DecisionMaking You display strategic decisionmaking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and make informed decisions under resource constraints in a dynamic environment anticipating future needs.

• Innovation & Execution You show innovative thinking with a track record of translating strategic insights into actionable plans and tangible results.

• Passion for personal finance and investment products You have a strong interest in personal finance and investment products. Staying informed about the latest industry trends to develop relevant and impactful strategies.

• Languages You are fluent in both Italian and English essential for effective communication within our international team and markets.
