Job Description
NextLink is looking for a Product Owner who will be working within the interoperability team of the platform engineering division with our Pharma industry client delivering re-usable software platform components to connect IVD devices and software.
Main Responsibilities
As a member of the team the Product Owner will be responsible for:
- Elicitation of features with stakeholders & Backlog prioritisation aligned with the International Product Managers helping the team to understand the business needs and the customer perspective
- Facilitation of the team in breaking down the features into stories maintaining and prioritising the team s backlog and validating the stories to meet the objectives and acceptance criteria of the features
- Taking ownership of defects and prioritising inside iteration supporting the development team in any scope related topics and building up relationships with customers.
- Close collaboration with Connectivity Platform teams to elicit requirements in a timely manner
- Permanently optimises processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements
Main Requirements
- University degree in informatics electronics bioinformatics or comparable
- Proven experience of 10 years experience working as a Product Owner managing global complex projects with strong hands-on experience
- 2-4 years of experience in working in agile SW development.
- Experience with HL7/ASTM communication protocol
- Experience working with Scaled Agile Framework SAFe is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and able to work with distributed teams
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills influence and inspiring skills
- Capacity to deal with multiple projects and problem resolution orientation.
- Ability to translate requirements / solutions to business stakeholders and technical teams
- Fluent in English mandatory & fluent Spanish
