Business Unit Description

NXPs High Precision Analog business unit is looking for highlymotivated Digital Architect engineer for Analog FrontEnd ADC responsible for designing and developing the digital components of a AnalogtoDigital Converter (ADC) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design: Define the digital architecture of the ADC including the design of digital filters decimation filters and other digital signal processing components.
  • SystemLevel Design: Develop systemlevel models and simulations to verify the performance of the ADC.
  • Digital Circuit Design: Design and implement digital circuits such as digital filters counters and control logic.
  • Verification and Testing: Develop test plans and verify the functionality and performance of the digital components.
  • The candidate should work with Design Team and System Architect for an efficient implementation of ADC architecture for AFE products.

Expertise:

  • DeltaSigma Architecture: Indepth knowledge of DeltaSigma ADC architectures including singlebit and multibit designs.
  • Digital Signal Processing: Expertise in digital signal processing concepts including filtering decimation and noise shaping.
  • RTL coding: Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog.
  • SystemLevel Design: Experience with systemlevel modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB or Simulink.

Job Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in electronic Engineer or similar.
  • English (read spoken written) is a must.
