UI/UX Developer (Sketch, Figma and User-Centered Design)

Job Summary

The UI/UX Developer at Synechron is responsible for designing usercentered digital experiences that are intuitive and visually engaging. This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital products meet the needs of our target audience while aligning with business objectives. The Sr. Associate will lead efforts in user research and testing collaborating with the product development team to create seamless and consistent user experiences.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for prototyping and interaction design
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices

• Preferred:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Overall Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity visual designs for digital products.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders including business leaders and developers.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX design trends and technologies bringing new ideas to the team.
• Lead design reviews and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify improvements.
• Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users including people with disabilities.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of work.

• Design and develop user interfaces for digital products ensuring they are userfriendly and align with business goals.
• Conduct user testing sessions and analyze feedback to refine designs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and align design strategies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate usercentric designs into development processes.
• Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
• Continuous professional development in UI/UX design and emerging technologies is expected.
