Job Summary
The Manager Enterprise Architecture is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of architects within a specific pillar driving the design and implementation of architecture solutions. This position focuses on tactical execution team mentorship and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.Essential Job Functions
- Lead a team of architects to design implement and maintain enterprise architecture solutions aligned with business and enforce technical standards frameworks and best practices within the team
- Shape application and digital strategies leading the adoption of transformative technologies for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable architecture plans. Oversee the execution of architecture projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance enterprise capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members to foster skill development
- Ensure architecture solutions comply with financial industry regulations and security standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in information systems Information Technology Computer Science or related field of study.
- 12 years of experience working in related field
- 3 years people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree or equivalent education and / or experience Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field.
- Certification in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)
- 12 years inTechnology/with at least 3 years specializing in Technology Architecture or Engineering
- 5 years direct leadership experience
