You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a detailoriented and proactive professional with a strong understanding of inventory costing and accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate costing timely reconciliations and seamless coordination between finance and operations teams. Prior experience in a manufacturing or agritech environment and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP will be an added advantage.
Maintain and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing Costs on a periodic basis.
Perform inventory reconciliation between physical stock and ERP data to ensure data accuracy.
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to monitor inventory movement and variances.
Assist in monthly closure activities by ensuring provisioning of expenses and proper accounting of transactions.
Handle Accounts Payable including invoice verification provisioning and reconciliation with vendors/suppliers.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory costing AP and stock consumption analysis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolving discrepancies and support audits as required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to finance and inventory.
Strong understanding of inventory and production modules in ERP (SAP/Oracle etc.)
Good knowledge of costing principles BOM and routing cost structure
Handson experience in vendor and supplier reconciliations
Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and provisioning
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc.)
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (preferably SAP FICO/MM modules)
Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset

Experience in manufacturing/agritech/supply chain sectors will be an advantage
