Job Description
Skills and Competencies:
- Must have 10 years of handson software development experience
- Informatica/MDM Tableau Cognos Alteryx Knime ControlM Pixel Perfect Rserve IAM Glue Athena Ec2 ETL and data engineering.
- Additional desired experience: AWS Cloud computing Sysadmin experience and Service Now Experience.
- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Work closely with business and technology colleagues to create platforms built using modern consumer focused technology
- Installation/configuration and Manage BI tools support with a focus on Tableau Pixel Perfect Rserve ensuring data visualization tools are running optimally.
- Oversee AWS IAM role management ensuring appropriate access controls are maintained.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to optimize AWS services for performance and cost.
Education:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintenance of Informatica MDM platform and Alteryx
- Installation and Upgrade of Informatica version and support migration
- Manage Tableau user access and permissions ensuring data security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for server processes configurations and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement ControlM and orchestrate with different applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate ControlM with other systems and applications.
- Design workflows and job streams to automate business processes efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a team of platform support engineers and analysts.
- Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance.
- Lead the transition of platform technologies from one vendor to another ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support to team members addressing their queries and assisting with complex issues.
- Mentor team members by sharing expertise and best practices fostering professional growth and development.
- Act as a lead in managing responsibilities across the team delegating tasks effectively and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Maintain composure and effective decisionmaking in highpressure situations guiding the team through challenges.
