- Must be genuine and able to clearly articulate experience during interviews
- Redshift experience is a strong to-have

Job Description:
Seeking a highly capable Data Analyst to support reporting and dashboard development within Vanguards Vulnerability Management team. This role involves consolidating four existing Tableau dashboards into one unified solution. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in building reports specifically within a VM context and demonstrate clear understanding of the related data and business logic.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for Vulnerability Management reporting
- Consolidate existing dashboards into a streamlined centralized view
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical reporting logic
- Ensure dashboards accurately represent key metrics and trends in vulnerability tracking
- Troubleshoot and optimize dashboard performance and data accuracy
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in building Tableau dashboards specifically for Vulnerability Management
- Strong understanding of VM processes and data flow
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently in interviews
- Attention to detail and independent problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Amazon Redshift
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and VM tools
- Ability to collaborate with cybersecurity or infrastructure teams
