QualificationsExperience & Skills
- 15 years of product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling product teams preferably in the Indian market
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with global teams and adapting strategies for local markets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders
- Datadriven approach to decision making with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience establishing organizational processes and operational frameworks
- Experience working in the automotive industry for a US based company
