You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJOB TITLE LEAD ASSOCIATE FINANCE & ACCOUNTINGPROCESS General Accounting ProcessPURPOSE The Lead Associate is responsible for deliverables pertaining to delivery of AP Treasury Book closure Financial reporting Reinsurance operations Proficiency in reinsurance accounting .WORK EXPERIENCE Around 5 years of experience in outsouring environment across any industry vertical Scope of work to include Preparation & Review of journals entries Should have knowledge of end to end activity on F&A till the reporting process Month close monitoring and reviewing and preparation of reports Book closure activities Financial reporting processes Reinsurance value operations Experience in performing & Managing the Financial reporting process Manage stakeholder requests & queries Capable of handling multiple countries and ERPs Experience in Oracle Blackline is an added advantageDUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Process management Responsible for the day to day deliverables adherence to SLAs across various lines of business delivering on quality and key client projects Stakeholder engagement Client Management and deliver key stakeholder projects Should have a proactive communication with the client Risk / Controls To have a regular review on the associated risks and to ensure sufficient controls are in placeCustomer Satisfaction Proactive and excellent client management skills in handling service delivery issues or potential delays in achieving deadlines by keeping the relevant parties informed and having regular interaction with the top management and ensuring good CSAT scores Maintain good working relationship with onshore peers by having regular scheduled callsTransformation Innovation and Process Improvements Should contribute to Operational Development and Continuous Improvement in processes & deliverables reponsible for Co ordinating with the quality team in ensuring the process improvement in place and improve the quality of the deliverables QUALIFICATION Professional with minimum 5 Years of relevant experienceSKILL SETSSoft Skills Recognizes and assesses several likely casual factors or ways of interpreting the information available.
