Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual from the eCGG located in Bangalore to assist the Egis teams in France within the department responsible for managing software application contracts/licenses working under the Group Digital Engineering Directorate. The role involves managing and updating user accounts on platforms following up with suppliers (quotes and invoices) archiving and verifying usage rights as well as managing the groups application contracts and licenses. The collaborator should also be in contact with operational staff to ensure communication with them in the context of handling their requests and incidents.
Responsibilities
User Ticket Processing:
- Manage tasks via the Service Now backoffice tool.
- Adhere to group and service communication validation documentation and archiving processes.
- Ensure optimal handling times and contribute to collective efforts for good backlog management.
User Account Management:
- Create update and delete user accounts on various platforms.
- Ensure the maintenance and security of user accounts.
- Provide firstlevel technical support to users.
Supplier Followups:
- Track quote requests and follow up with suppliers to obtain them.
- Manage followups on unpaid invoices.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to quotes and invoices.
Management of Application Contracts and Licenses Purchases:
- Follow the purchase process of application contracts and licenses from request to receipt.
- Capitalize on the purchase process to ensure maximum traceability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet purchasing needs.
Required Skills
Technical:
- IT/SM knowledge and experience.
- Experience in software license management: SAAS onpremise license management installation.
- Proficiency in user account management tools and collaborative platforms.
- Knowledge of procurement and supplier followup processes.
- Interest in financial management and reporting.
Personal:
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to work in a team compensating for geographical distance through constant and transparent communication.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Abilities in French would be highly appreciated.
Qualifications :
- IT degree or qualification.
- Experience in management/administration/supplier relations.
- Experience in service management ideally with Service Now.
- Previous experience in software user account management and/or procurement management.
- Knowledge of IT tools and user account management software.
