Young Peoples Service Youth Justice Service Empowering Young Lives
We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual to lead our dedicated team of Administrative Support Officers providing crucial support across two distinct service areas the Young People Service and the Conferencing and Reviewing Service.
As the Administration Manager you will oversee the delivery of efficient administrative support across both Services ensuringaccurate recordkeeping effective communication and the smooth operation provision. This includes overseeing administrative functions for Child Protection Conferences and Childrens Reviews ensuring compliance with statutoryrequirements andmaintaininghigh standards of accuracy and confidentiality. You will manage a team of Administrative Support Officers providing guidance training and supervision to ensure highquality service delivery. You will also play a key role in streamlining processes fostering a collaborative team culture and supporting the continuous improvement of our administrative functions.
Were seeking a dynamic professional with proven administrative management experience. Ideally you will hold an NVQ 3 or 4 in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification and have extensive in data analysis and IT packages especially Microsoft Office is essential.
You should have strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and performance management. Excellent organisational communication and problemsolving abilities are key. Adaptability to the unique needs of both Services and a commitment tohigh standards of confidentiality and data management are crucial.
