The Role
Serve customers facetoface and over the phone understanding their insurance needs
Advise on and sell a wide range of personal lines insurance products (car home van travel legal protection GAP insurance etc.)
Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in administration
Build and maintain strong customer relationships offering tailored insurance solutions
Operate within a supportive team and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture
The Person
3 years experience in insurance sales (desirable)
Working knowledge of OpenGi software (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customerfocused with a passion for service and sales
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Motivated adaptable and teamoriented
