Key Responsibilities: Retail Expansion Strategy: Lead and execute retail rollout strategies across London and the USA identifying prime store locations aligned with brand standards and customer profiles. Store Operations Excellence: Drive operational efficiency ensure consistent luxury customer experience across all stores and establish SOPs aligned with global luxury standards. Exhibition Leadership: Plan organize and manage international luxury exhibitions and events to enhance brand visibility and generate highvalue clientele engagement. Team Leadership & Development: Build and manage highperforming retail teams provide training and leadership and ensure alignment with the brand s core values and goals. Brand Alignment & Visual Merchandising: Maintain brand aesthetics and customer journey across physical stores and exhibition spaces working closely with creative and merchandising teams. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Conduct market trend analysis competitor benchmarking and report to leadership on KPIs growth opportunities and operational improvements. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 10 years in luxury retail operations with a focus on jewellery. Mandatory experience in both London and USA markets.
