Youll be providing a housing management service supporting customers to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work.

Typical shift as a bank Housing Management Coordinator

• Working with our independent living over 55s customers
• There is lots for you to do and get involved in from supporting customers with housing benefit claims to getting rooms ready for the next customers
• Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
• Youll also work with the team on ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.

You bring

• Enjoyment working with a range of customers and different people to support with their housing.
• Flexibility to work at short notice as youll be the one picking your next shift.
• Youre a real people person confident to work in different services or locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
• Ideally youve worked in a supported housing or housing related background and you must bring your positive cando attitude!
• Some knowhow of reletting rooms collecting rents and knowledge of tenancies.
• The ability to work on your own initiative positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.

Our team

Youll join our wider services in Centralregion and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our Harlow and Epping services in Essex with our Manager Carol Leader. Our team works with our independent living over 55 customers. Were a supportive bunch and between us have hobbies and interests including travel gardening neurodiversity and all things dogs.

• Flexible working hours
• Were looking for you to work across Essex region which include our services in Harlow and Epping.
• Able to use technology for creating and updating risk assessment and customer information doing mandatory learning & keeping in touch with colleagues.
• To get from A to B youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!
• Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
