Summary:
This role is a key part of Haringey Councils Customer Experience and Operations service. The successful candidate will manage a team across facetoface digital and telephone channels supporting service delivery and improving customer experience. You will be the escalation point for complex enquiries and support the Customer Service Manager in operations and service development.
