The Position

LIZY is looking for a Head of Sales France to join our team.

  • Youll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime scaling a market that has just found product market fit and needs someone to step on the gas.
  • Youll lead two proven acquisition channels: inbound and outbound
  • Youll scale our outbound acquisition team by (i) hiring and developing qualified SDRs (ii) increasing our meetings booked rate (lists approaches scripts sales materials ...) and (iii) improving our winrate from meeting booked
  • As the most senior member of our French team youll play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction for the market and contributing to the companys overall vision.

About you

  • Experience: You have 5 years of sales (management) experience as a top performer for a fast growing digital company (scaleup).
  • Sales: You have a strong commercial mindset and deep sales expertise. Experience in outbound sales is a strong plus.
  • Handson: You like getting your hands dirty. You dont mind leading by example and doing outbound emails/calls yourself. You love talking to leads and customers.
  • Entrepreneurial: You love building companies solving complex problems and thrive in a fastgrowing environment.
  • Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
  • Work ethic: you have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver no matter what.
  • Deep understanding of the FR market: You understand the local culture deeply know why a service such as LIZY is needed and the value it will bring to French companies.
  • Fluent in French and English.
