Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) and is the indispensable tool for digital leaders. It is an exclusive membershipbased organization serving over 8500 Global CxO and IT leaders across 87 countries. What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of 25 member relationships working with Senior most Clevel leaders in the largest most complex and high value organizations
Strategic Leadership: Drive enterprisewide IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals with a strong emphasis on digital transformation risk management cost optimization and scalable innovation within FSI or similar regulated industries.
Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan
Conduct a mix of onsite and virtual briefings including workshops research analyst visits roundtables and webinars
Present or facilitate at Gartner events where relevant
Build a strong partnership with Gartners Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of Gartner business
What you will need:
Currently leading the development and execution of IT strategies across a complex multinational enterprise. This role operates within a highly matrixed organizational environment
If you are or have recently held a global CxO role and/or worked in Consulting specifically in leadership roles with 15 years of progressive technology exposure (AI BI ML Digital Transformation Block Chain Big Data CLOUD etc.) in a highly regulated industry
Our most successful Sr Executive Partners have the ability to adopt best practices build strong relationships follow established processes and a natural curiosity with a mindset of continuous improvement
You should also have expert level skill at managing multiple priorities while also being able to demonstrate advanced critical thinking and structured problemsolving skills
