Location: While this position is posted in a specific location all of Oysters positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs this role requires you to be based within UTC 5 to UTC 1.
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping Oysters brand identity driving creative excellence across a variety of projects and ensuring consistency in how we communicate with our audience. You will work on projects including enablement digital ads email campaign visuals partner marketing initiatives event assets and community/customer advocacy materials.
This position requires a deep understanding of brand design digital marketing strategies and creating visual systems that scale. From concept to execution you will ensure that every touchpoint aligns with our brand strategy resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
Lead the conceptualization design and execution of creative assets across digital channels like email events digital ads and web ensuring all work aligns with Oysters brand identity and strategic goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product to deliver impactful visuals that support campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and implement scalable visual design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all brand touchpoints.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to manage creative projects and uphold Oysters standards of excellence.
Provide thought leadership in the design and assessment of campaign visuals offering recommendations for engagement visual storytelling and innovation.
Mentor and inspire contractors fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and growth within the team.
Stay ahead of industry trends bringing fresh ideas and experimentation to elevate Oysters creative output.
5 years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and highquality work across digital and traditional media.
Proven experience developing creative assets for campaigns events and partner comarketing initiatives.
Expertise in creating and scaling visual design systems that ensure brand consistency.
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite Figma and other relevant platforms. Video design experience is a plus.
Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail ensuring every asset aligns with audience insights and campaign goals.
Bachelors degree in graphic design visual communication or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one)
Fluent English language skills
