Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic VPTransaction Services Sales Trade Consultant Iberia ( Working Capital Solutions) to join our Transaction Services (TS) Team of Wholesale Banking Spain & Portugal

The team works with large corporates to offer TS solutions for the Bank: Working Capital Solutions (WCS) Trade Financial Services (TFS) and Payments and Cash Management (PCM)

Your key responsibilities:

As a Transaction Services Sales Trade Consultant Iberia you will be responsible for growing the Daily Banking business and increasing profitability through the origination of new TS mandates within the Wholesale Banking (WB) client portfolio in Spain and Portugal.

The TS Sales Consultant sells the full suite of TS Trade solutions across the network (both WCS and TFS) with special focus on Working Capital Solutions related products: Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF)

Key responsibilities and activities:

Positively contribute to Origination and Business development:

generates new TS share of wallet deals with existing clients as well as with new clients with especial focus on WCS products

delivers on challenging but specific revenue targets and client profitability within the ING risk framework and appetite

collaborates with the Local head of Transaction Services in defining the business strategy and commercial plan for the promotion of SCF and Receivables Finance solutions in Iberia

Ensure transaction execution:

manages and advice on sizeable and complex transactions: endtoend the prelead pitching and proposal process effectively and efficiently

supports structuring and execution of SCF and Receivables Finance mandates in combination with colleagues from the TS Advisory & Structuring Central teams in Amsterdam/Brussels.

manages the completeness timeliness and accuracy of the sales process including presentation of the business opportunities to the different commercial committees legal documentation coordinating different departments and external parties involved in the process

negotiates TS solutions and pricing agreements with clients by carefully and transparently balancing client expectations cost of sales and service within the Risk appetite of ING

Customer relationship management:

is responsible for improving and maximizing the crossbuy of TS Solutions

is a trusted advisor to (prospect) clients and work closely with key internal colleagues/stakeholders like Bankers TS Sales colleagues in the network the TS Advisory & Structuring teams as well as Trade Operations Client Services Legal Risk

Risk & Portfolio management:

monitors the existing portfolio in close consultation with risk management.

is responsible for operating under our KYC guidelines

Knowledge Management:

contributes to the innovation and development of new solutions to enhance INGs Working Capital product catalog

attends (client) events to position the ING TS value proposition and keep informed on key trends

maintains knowledge of industry and TS products to the highest professional levels with especial focus on Trade products.

Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Economics Accounting or Finance);

at least 5 years relevant experience/ indepth technical knowledge of the SCF and Receivables Finance product catalog including among other products: Factoring Trade Receivables Purchase Programs (TRPPs) and securitisations (sustainable) SCF and thirdparty platforms;

knowledge of Trade Finance products (Bank guarantees LCs) and Inventory financing will be highly valued;

Tus principales responsabilidades:

ComoConsultor/a de Ventas en Servicios de Transaccin para Iberia (Soluciones de Capital de Trabajo) sers responsable de hacer crecer el negocio de Banca Diaria y aumentar la rentabilidad mediante la generacin de nuevos mandatos de TS dentro de la cartera de clientes de Wholesale Banking (WB) en Espaa y Portugal.
En este rol se comercializa toda la gama de soluciones de TS Trade en la red (tanto WCS como TFS) con especial enfoque en productos relacionados con Soluciones de Capital de Trabajo: Financiacin de Cuentas por Cobrar y Financiacin de Cadenas de Suministro (SCF).

Responsabilidades y actividades clave:

Contribuir positivamente a la generacin de negocio:

• Generar nuevos acuerdos de TS con clientes existentes y potenciales con especial enfoque en productos WCS.
• Cumplir objetivos especficos y ambiciosos de ingresos y rentabilidad de clientes dentro del marco de riesgo y apetito de ING.
• Colaborar con la persona responsable local de Transaction Services en la definicin de la estrategia comercial y el plan de promocin de soluciones SCF y de Financiacin de Cuentas por Cobrar en Iberia.

Asegurar la ejecucin de transacciones:

• Gestionar y asesorar en transacciones complejas y de gran tamao: liderar eficazmente el proceso desde la fase inicial hasta la propuesta.
• Apoyar la estructuracin y ejecucin de mandatos SCF y de Financiacin de Cuentas por Cobrar junto con los equipos centrales de Asesora y Estructuracin de TS en msterdam/Bruselas.
• Asegurar la integridad puntualidad y precisin del proceso de ventas incluyendo la presentacin de oportunidades a comits comerciales documentacin legal y coordinacin con departamentos internos y partes externas.
• Negociar soluciones TS y acuerdos de precios con clientes equilibrando de forma transparente sus expectativas los costes de venta y servicio dentro del apetito de riesgo de ING.

Gestin de relaciones con clientes:

• Mejorar y maximizar la venta cruzada de soluciones TS.
• Ser una persona asesora de confianza para clientes actuales y potenciales colaborando estrechamente con colegas clave como Bankers personal de TS Sales en la red equipos de Asesora y Estructuracin de TS Operaciones de Comercio Servicios a Clientes Legal Riesgos entre otros.

Gestin de riesgos y cartera:

• Supervisar la cartera existente en estrecha colaboracin con el rea de gestin de riesgos.
• Operar bajo las directrices de KYC (Conozca a su Cliente).

Gestin del conocimiento:

• Contribuir a la innovacin y desarrollo de nuevas soluciones para mejorar el catlogo de productos de Capital de Trabajo de ING.
• Asistir a eventos (con clientes) para posicionar la propuesta de valor de TS de ING y mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias clave.
• Mantener un conocimiento actualizado y profesional del sector y de los productos TS con especial atencin a los productos de Comercio.
