A wellestablished private bilingual school in Lima is seeking a Principal to lead its overall operations. The school is part of a familyowned educational group with management ties to Spain.
As Principal you will:
- Oversee the Administration Admissions Maintenance and Infrastructure departments
- Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the strategic development of the school.
Were looking for:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of professional experience including at least 6 years in team management.
- Experience in the education sector in operational and/or commercial roles (nonacademic).
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- A serviceoriented mindset and the ability to represent the school externally.
- A confident presence and handson leadership style will be key to success.
This position is based in Lima Peru. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work onsite.
