What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $20/hour
- PartTime Hybrid Role: Flexible scheduling with a mix of remote work and inperson site visits as needed.
- Commission:
- Earn 10% commission on each client s monthly profit during the first year of the contract.
- After the first year commission reduces to 5% and continues for as long as the client remains with Armour.
- No cap on earnings build up your book of business and grow your income.
- Commission continues as long as you manage the account.
- Schedule: Approximately 20 25 hours per week with flexibility around your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound efforts (calls emails networking).
- Book at least 4 5 client meetings weekly.
- Oversee site onboarding: support hiring training scheduling and assist with payroll/timesheet coordination.
- Ensure staff attendance and respond to emergency coverage needs as required.
- Assist with client invoicing and followup on payments.
- Consistently report to the National Director and coordinate with the Regional Manager.
- Maintain and grow your sales territory and pipeline.
- Deliver virtual demos and client presentations.
- Conduct followup and outreach (minimum 80 calls/day) to meet targets.

Requirements
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong professional presence and communication skills.
- Reliable vehicle and valid license to attend client sites as needed.
- High attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word Outlook).
- Dependable and selfmotivated in remote work settings.
