You plan develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments feasibility perspectives of engineeringrelated activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth worldclass manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality safety and environmental requirements. How you will contribute
To ensure that accurate budgets plans and fitforpurpose technical solutions are delivered you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented and support the development and implementation of stateofthe art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelz standards and our business and innovation processes in project management.

To support growth worldclass manufacturing and productivity you manage the detailed planning development and execution of capital projects leading technical development feasibility perspectives on engineeringrelated activities within the supply chain and capital expense project execution meeting the highest levels of quality safety and environmental requirements. You follow Mondelz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure adherence to Mondelz standards in execution.
How you will contribute
Working with key stakeholders you will define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of small to mid range capital investment projects so that accurate budgets plans and fitforpurpose technical solutions are provided. You will develop the capital budget for infrastructure productivity growth and sustainability initiatives according to the contract and forecast cash flow.
In addition you will ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented as well as develop and implement stateoftheart processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources harmonize assets and rollout best practices.
You are responsible for managing several capital project executions in parallel and accountable that the quality and the results of capital projects meet Mondelz standards in business and innovation processes in project management. You manage engineering resources and people management and development needs.
You will work alongside cross functional project teams to manage the detailed planning technical development and execution of capital projects including identifying capital and capital related expenses optimizing layouts conducting equipment selections bidding factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests to deliver equipment designs according to Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) requirements (AM Step 3 PM Step 2) simultaneously tracking cashflow phasing mitigating risks and maintaining timelines while meeting the highest levels of quality safety service environmental and regulatory requirements. You will manage communications and project governances within Integrated Supply Change (ISC) and key stakeholders.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Strong CapEx Project Management Experience
- B.S Engineering
- license (or working towards) preferred
- Food Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of local regulations codes and standards as applicable
- Certifications relevant to project management are considered advantageous
Job specific requirements:
- 5 years project management experience is required on small to medium scale CAPEX projects.
- Experience leading and leveraging cross functional project teams to drive project outcomes is essential.
- Demonstrated success in the project management execution.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and situational changes.
Travel requirements:
- Infrequent travel as required (e.g. for vendor site visits)
Work schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday reporting to the Gladstone site in Toronto Ontario Canada.
- Occasional flexibility in work times may be required (e.g. interacting with OEMs in different time zones supervising of off shift/weekend/holiday installations)
