Were currently looking for an experienced ElectroMechanical Technicianto join our team.
About the opportunity:
As an ElectroMechanical Technician you will be a key member of our production team. Reporting to the Shop Supervisor you will provide your technical expertise and skills to assemble install maintain and repair equipment within our facility as well as on customers premises while adhering to general management objectives company policies health & safety rules and established quality standards.
To be successful you absolutely must have a desire to work hard in a fastpaced environment and be fueled by the excitement of working with leading edge equipment and technology.
Diagnose electrical mechanical and pneumatic system malfunctions remotely and onsite
Travel to customer sites (up to 80% of the time) to install troubleshoot and repair industrial bakery equipment
Conduct oncall service as required
Ensure all service interventions are performed safely and efficiently
Document service activities and ensure compliance with corrective action plans
Establish strong relationships with customers through professional communication and service
Provide technical guidance and training to customers for optimal equipment use
Identify upselling opportunities for ABI products and services
Represent ABI brand and uphold our reputation for technical excellence.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on field insights
Provide technical support to other ABI technicians as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and efficiency
Diploma or degree inElectrical Engineering Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance.
Strong understanding ofelectrical pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interprettechnical diagrams and schematics.
Handson experience withautomated industrial equipmentis a strong asset.
Ability to work independently in afastpaced hightravel environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
