Grow your career with a global retailer as a Safety Project Assistant within our Work Health and Safety team at ALDI Australia based in Minchinbury. This is a fulltime permanent position.

What does the role look like
- Provide project and administrative support to the ALDI National Safety Team.
- Manage SharePoint site for ALDIs Work Health and Safety Management System.
- Use ARIBA system to process invoices and set up purchase orders for the National Safety team.
- Use Service Now to track project status and enter updates.
- Triage incoming emails in the National Safety shared inbox.
- Liaise with external service providers for wellbeing services.
- Issuing hazard alerts to regions.
- Safety audit administration and collation of results.
- System administration for the teams software systems including responding to user queries and customisation of user tools and interfaces in the system.
- Providing general office support services.
Qualifications :
What do we need from you
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Intermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office particularly Word Excel and Powerpoint
- Demonstrated knowledge in Safety database systems ie: SAI Global (Safety Online) Contractor Management System (Pegasus) Chemwatch (FFX Gold) and Safety Culture (iAuditor)
- Proven organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in working on multiple business projects with an interest in health safety and wellbeing
- A team player; able to work with a range of stakeholders.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $96800 $107600 including Superannuation.
