Are you a creative and skilled Data Analyst with a passion for People plus building impactful dashboards and data models Has a previous Human Resources strategically business partner experience supporting endtoend HR life cycle activities such as HR Analysis Metrics and Dashboards for internal and external regulatory reports plus strategic planning such as Talent Acquisition Organisational Growth Gender Pay Gap WGEA Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion.

As an HR Data Analyst People & Safety you will play a vital role in transforming workforce and safety data into meaningful insights that drive decisionmaking across employee safety recruitment learning compliance reward & performance and workforce analytics. You will be responsible for data ingestion storage security and visualisation ensuring data integrity and accessibility for strategic initiatives.
